Margaret Landon,
Board Member
Margaret was integral in the original creation of KAMP in 2006 when Sue first set to open the school. Her oldest children were some of Sue's first students. Margaret has worked at various major firms around the Puget Sound for over 25 years providing Human Resources services.
Michael Enberg,
Board Member
Mike Enberg is the proud parent of a former KAMP Music student: His daughter studied piano with Sue from age 8 to 18, a transformational experience for her, helping launch her successful college career. As a nonprofit development professional, Mike is thrilled to help KAMP create an inclusive, dynamic musical and performance community on the Eastside.
Kristen Deskin,
Board Member
A KAMP parent with her two children taking lessons at KAMP. Kristen joined the KAMP Music Leadership team to provide HR expertise. In addition to being on the Board, Kristen also takes on the role of Artistic Directors to help developing a recognizable artistic KAMP.
Kristen has a bachelor’s degree in Education and am a Senior Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resources Management with a specialty credential focused on Inclusive Workplace Culture. She thrives when supporting and empowering community programs and the people who make them successful. While Director of Operations for WiggleWorks kids, they won the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce Small Business of The Year Award for our services to the Bellevue community. Kristen has performed in over a dozen shows with Studio East, Lake Washington High School, Absurd Reality Theatre, Eclectic Theatre and, since participating in the Gondoliers, the Lake Washington Players as well. Singing has also been her passions; she performed with the Carillon Chamber Choir and Seattle Medieval Women’s Choir.

Evan LeSure,
Board Member
Born in Seattle and raised in Bellevue, Evan LeSure has been actively working in music and the live events since 2004. Evan started his career working at the Student Union Building at the University of Washington, quickly branching out to Audio Engineering and Production Management at venues around the Seattle area, including Neumos and the Showbox at the Historic Pike Place Market.
Beginning in 2010, Evan began working as a Tour and Production Manager for Internationally renowned touring acts, including The Head and The Heart and The Lumineers. Beginning in 2016, Evan took over Tour Management duties for Grammy Nominated artists Black Violin, bringing their unique performances to world famous venues including the Historic Apollo Theater in Harlem and The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington DC. Through this work, Evan developed a deep passion for improving access to music education, which led him to join the KAMP board in 2024. He is also a father who is passionate about improving the quality of life on the Eastside for the next generation.

Sarah Lusch,
Executive Director
As the new Executive Director Sarah has a strong business background. She brings more than 14 years of experience in Business Development and Marketing. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Florida International University. The art of music is something she is very passionate about. The power of community is a belief that is true to her core. Sarah is thrilled to be a part of an organization that strives to make a difference.
Karen Davren,
Financial Advisor
Karen has extensive finance background with broad experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing and financial management (UK & US). She was the CFO for Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce for over 13 years and brought in significant financial expertise with non-profit industry to KAMP.
Karpagam Lakshminarasimhan, Accountant
Karpagam has had a long and happy journey with KAMP with both her kids learning piano for many years from KAMP's talented teachers. She started working at KAMP after her daughter went off to college. She is very excited to be able to put her education and experience to good use and be a part of this wonderful and nurturing community.
